Enrollment Fee:

At the time of enrollment a non-refundable registration fee of $40.00 is required.

 

Childcare Fee Payment:

Childcare fees are payable one month in advance by postdated cheques. This can be dated weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Postdated cheques for the month are due on the first Monday of every month.

 

Late Payment Fee and N.S.F. Cheques:

A late payment fee of $5.00 will be applied to each week the cheques are late. There will be a $25.00 charge for N.S.F. cheques.

 

Late Pick-up Charge:

The centre hours are from 7:00am-6:00pm. Late pick-ups are not acceptable and a late charge of $10.00 from 6:01pm-6:10pm will be charged and a dollar for every minute thereafter. This is payable in cash to the teacher that is delayed. Regular occurrences of late pickups will result in the loss of your spot.

 

Vacation Time:

All vacation time must be in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of your vacation. There is a maximum of two weeks allotted non-payable vacation time per year.

 

Sick/Absent Days:

All sick or absent days are payable days. Our policy states that you are paying for a spot in our child care facility. Payment is required to hold that spot open for your child to return.

 

Statutory Holidays:

Pathway child care observes all statutory holidays and the civic holiday on August 1st. Statutory holidays are payable.

 

Withdrawal from Centre:

Two weeks’ notice must be given to withdraw from the centre without penalty. In order to guarantee a spot for the future a postdated cheque is to be left with the centre prior to withdrawal.
